To give you peace of mind, all Baby Jalebi furniture comes with the warranty coverage outlined below.
1 Year Limited Warranty
For one year from the date of purchase, Baby Jalebi covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship across all furniture products — frames and structural components, hardware, joints, and fittings, drawer runners, hinges, and functional hardware, and upholstery stitching and internal support systems. If a manufacturing defect is identified within this period, Baby Jalebi will repair the product or replace the affected part at our discretion.
2 Year Structural Warranty
For three years from the date of purchase, Baby Jalebi guarantees the structural integrity of the primary frame and load-bearing components of Cots, Dressers, Upholstered Rocking Chairs and Stools, and Bassinets and Bassinet Tables. If a structural manufacturing defect occurs during this period, Baby Jalebi will repair or replace the affected part or product where appropriate.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
Normal wear and tear from everyday use; cosmetic changes such as scratches, dents, chips, or natural fading of finishes or fabrics; fabric stains or damage caused by spills; damage caused by incorrect assembly or installation; damage caused by accidents, misuse, or excessive force; excessive weight placed on drawers, shelves, or seating beyond normal use; exposure to moisture, liquids, humidity, or unsuitable cleaning products; failure to properly install included safety components such as anti-tip kits; alterations or repairs carried out by anyone other than Baby Jalebi or an authorised service partner; or commercial, rental, or institutional use of the product.

Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps. Where appropriate, Baby Jalebi may repair the item, replace the defective part, or provide a suitable replacement.
