When you shop with Baby Jalebi, it is our topmost priority to deliver quality products and to give you the most enjoyable and hassle-free online shopping experience. Keeping this in mind, our Returns Policy is also safe, easy and transparent.

 

Shipping –

 We ship free of charge across India .

 Most of  our products Ship with in 24 -72 hours of order confirmation.

 Once shipped – you will receive a message from our us with your tracking number and regular updates on your parcels status via WhatsApp and your email address.

 Our delivery times to you vary between 7 – 10 working days in most cases.

 For express deliveries  at an extra charge please reach out to our customer care

 If you have ordered multiple products – they would ship in separate boxes and at times it can take up to 48 hours for the complete order to reach you  from the time your first parcel arrives.

 Please do note, In correct mobile numbers, pin codes and addresses can not be updated once goods have shipped and the product would be delayed in reaching you as they would first be returned to our warehouses and then re-shipped to you.

 Baby Jalebi will always try its level best to get you your parcels before time – however unprecedented delays due to Govt restrictions , Rains , Floods and any beyond our control situations would require your patience while we work to get your goods to you.

  • What are your shipping options and Delivery times ?
 We currently offer two modes of shipping internationally.
Standard Shipping – Standard Shipping is changed at a very nominal price starting at USD 9.99 only and takes a standard delivery time of 6 to 12 working days. The goods are securely shipped via International Speed post and delivered directly to you.
Express Shipping – We also offer an express shipping option that uses FED EX / DHL / ARAMEX to deliver your order to you in 4-6 Business days. The cost for this option is calculated at the time of check out based on your location and products being ordered.
 
  • How do I track my order once it is confirmed ?
 
  Once we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation email and whats app message from us confirming the same.
Most orders ship out with in 48-72 hours from our warehouses and you would get a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details of your order.

  • Could there be any additional charges on my order ?
          The shipping charges on our website and at the time of check out are final – you would not be      asked to ever pay additional shipping charges.
However, since we ship globally, in some rare cases, certain countries may have additional duty charges based on your countries local laws and customs regulations. This is a customs / government charge that you would need to pay directly to your country’s customs department and not a charge that we levy.
 
  • I have only received part of my order, where is the rest ?
 
All our products are beautifully packed in their own individual signature boxes.
If you have ordered multiple products, each product will ship separately in its own packaging.
This sometimes causes the complete products of the order to arrive with in a day or two of each other. Rest assured, your complete order will be with you soon.
 
  • What are your Returns, Exchanges and Refund policies ?
 
Ans – We do not offer exchanges or returns on our products due to them being shipped globally.
However, in the rare occasion that you are dissatisfied with you purchase due to product defect or order related issue, please do reach out to our customer care channels and we would be more than happy to offer you an immediate and appropriate solution either via refund or replacement.

Exchanges & Returns:

  • Returns -

We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns on our products and orders, with the exception of cases involving quality issues.

 

  • Cancellation Window-

 You have a 4 hour window to cancel your order after it's been placed. Please ensure to act promptly within this timeframe.

 

  • Final Sale –

 Following the 4 hour cancellation window, all sales become final. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

 

Personalized Products-

 Please note that personalized products are crafted uniquely for you and, therefore, cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

 

  • Non-Personalized Products Exchange –

For non-personalized orders, we extend a 3-day exchange window upon receipt of your order, based on our discretion and exchange product availability. If the exchange request is accepted, kindly return the original product with its packaging intact to our warehouse address. We'll gladly process an exchange for a product of similar value once the original product is received back and checked for quality. However, please note that refunds or store credit are not offered for exchanges.

 

Colour tone and Dimensions –

We request that you please check the detailed and listed  dimensions of all our products to ensure that you are ordering the correct size of product. Image & video references on our website only act as a guideline to size and colour. It is also important to note that while we strive to match colour tones and saturation, at times the true colour of products can vary and be misrepresented  slightly on phones and computer screens.

We do not accept exchanges or returns based on product dimensions or screen to product colour variations.

At Baby Jalebi we pride ourselves on our beautiful hand embroidered collection of Baby Bedding, Each Bedding set is lovingly hand embroidered and hand quilted on luxurious Organic Cotton Gauze  , join us in celebrating the minor variations and unique motif shapes and fabric feel & texture that make each product one of a kind.

 

 

 

Returns Against Quality Issues:

 

  • Quality Issues: In the unlikely event that you encounter a quality issue with our product, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Rest assured, we offer a complete refund or exchange for another item of equal value. Simply notify us, and we'll arrange for the damaged item to be collected in reverse and replaced with a new product.
