When Can I Return a Product?
You may initiate a return in the following scenarios:
  1. Damaged Product: While our stringent Quality Control Team ensures the highest standards, occasional oversights can happen.
  2. Wrong Item Delivered: If the product you receive is different from what you ordered.
Additionally, all our products come with a 3-month warranty against quality issues such as:
  • Bedding: Issues like color bleeding.
  • Diaper Bags: Problems such as zipper snags or material abrasion.
If a product is damaged due to regular wear and tear over time or if accessories are lost, we regret that we cannot repair or replace it.

Exceptions
If you wish to return a product for reasons other than those mentioned above, please contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Return Timeline
  • Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products returned after 7 days of receipt will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

How Do I Return a Product?
  1. Contact Us:

    • Alternatively, email us at customercare@babyjalebi,com & wecare@babyjalebi.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.
  2. Ship the Product Back:
    • Once your return is approved, ship the product to the address below. Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the customer, as we currently do not offer reverse pickup services.

  3. Inspection & Resolution:
    • Once the product is received, our Quality Assurance Team will inspect it.
    • If approved, we will process your exchange, replacement, or issue a merchandise credit for the same amount.
    • Resolutions are typically completed within 10 days of receiving the return package.

Special Conditions for Returns & Refunds
  1. Discounted or Sale Items: Returns and replacements are not accepted for discounted or end-of-season sale products.
  2. Packaging & Condition:
    • Returns will only be accepted in their original packaging, including bags, tags, boxes, invoices, warranty cards, and all accessories.
    • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Used, soiled, or altered items will not be eligible for returns and will be sent back at your request.
  3. Delivery Condition: Do not accept packages that are damaged, opened, or soiled upon delivery.

Refund Policy
At Baby Jalebi, we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we provide the following options:
  • Exchange: If you’re unsatisfied, you can exchange the product for another of your choice (subject to availability).
  • Store Credit: A credit note valid for 1 year will be issued for the value of the returned product. Please note that store credits are non-transferable.

If an order is placed using a promotional discount, the same discount cannot be applied again to an exchanged item. Exchanges are processed based on the value paid for the original purchase, and the exchange amount remains fixed.

  • The final decision on whether a returned item is eligible lies solely with the Baby Jalebi Quality Assurance Team.
  • Partial COD Payments: COD payments made in part are non-refundable if the order is not accepted.
  • Personalized Products: Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
  • Warranty: We stand by our quality with a 3-month warranty for manufacturing defects.
