  • Timely Updates: Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via WhatsApp and email to stay informed about your order’s journey.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery timelines range from 7–10 working days. For express shipping options (at an additional charge), please contact our customer care.
  • Split Shipments: Orders with multiple products may arrive in separate boxes. Occasionally, it can take up to 48 hours for all items in your order to reach you.
Please ensure your shipping details, including mobile number, PIN code, and address, are accurate to avoid delays. Incorrect details may result in a return to our warehouse and cause delays in re-shipping.
While we strive to deliver your order promptly, certain factors such as government restrictions, weather, or unforeseen circumstances may lead to delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
International Shipping
We offer two options for international shipping:
  1. Standard Shipping: Affordable rates starting at USD 9.99 with delivery within 6–12 working days.
  2. Express Shipping: Premium delivery via FedEx, DHL, or Aramex within 4–6 working days. Charges are calculated at checkout.
Please note that any customs duties or import taxes are governed by your country’s regulations and are payable directly to the customs authority.
Returns & Exchanges
At Baby Jalebi, all our products are made-to-order and undergo rigorous quality checks to ensure they meet the highest standards.
  • Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement. Post this window, all sales are final.
  • Personalized Products: These are crafted uniquely for you and cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Non-Personalized Products: A 3-day exchange window is available upon receipt of the product, subject to availability and approval. Returns must be in original packaging and condition. Exchanges are processed for items of similar value only.
