One-Year Limited Warranty

For one year from the date of purchase, Baby Jalebi covers eligible manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship across its furniture products.

This includes eligible manufacturing defects affecting:

• Frames and structural components
• Hardware, joints, and fittings
• Drawer runners and hinges
• Functional hardware
• Upholstery stitching
• Internal upholstery support systems

Where an eligible manufacturing defect is identified during this period, Baby Jalebi may repair the product or replace the affected component at its discretion.

Two-Year Structural Warranty

For two years from the date of purchase, Baby Jalebi covers eligible manufacturing defects affecting the structural integrity of the primary frame and load-bearing components of:

• Cribs and cots
• Dressers
• Upholstered rocking chairs and ottomans
• Bassinets and bassinet tables

Where an eligible structural manufacturing defect occurs during this period, Baby Jalebi may repair or replace the affected part or product, where appropriate.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear resulting from everyday use
• Scratches, dents, chips, or other cosmetic damage
• Natural fading or changes to wood, cane, finishes, upholstery, or fabrics
• Fabric stains or damage caused by spills
• Damage resulting from incorrect assembly or installation
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, or excessive force
• Excessive weight placed on drawers, shelves, seating, or other components
• Exposure to moisture, liquids, excessive humidity, heat, or unsuitable cleaning products
• Failure to install or use supplied safety components correctly
• Alterations or repairs undertaken by anyone other than Baby Jalebi or an authorised service partner
• Commercial, rental, hospitality, or institutional use
• Natural variations associated with handcrafted materials and finishes
